Owning Self-Reinvention
In 2020, Jean Ferland and Josée Amireault—partners who share both their lives and ideas—chose to own their ambition: They bought Cuisines Modernes de l’Estrie, a well-established company in Coaticook, to breathe life back into it. The world of cabinetry and built-in furniture was foreign to them; yet diligence, management, and attention to detail were already part of their DNA.
An accountant by trade, Josée has significant experience in financial control, acquisitions, as well as construction and tech company start-ups. Jean has over 20 years of experience in complex project management in construction and communication, HR and public affairs, in public and private companies.
Together, they combined their strengths and dared a bold transformation: a new name, a new vision, and clear positioning. Driven by passion and care for their team and clients, they shaped Odaxio into a trusted artisan manufacturer where precision, quality, and human connections guide every project.
